Troubleshooting LAN Connectivity and IOT devices

In this project, I was tasked with troubleshooting major LAN connectivity issues. These issues caused this specific hospital to take a large hit in revenue in their cafeteria due to their card readers not being to connect to the network. Each image goes a little in depth as to how I was able to remedy the issue.
